LG933L

LG933L is a suitable for bulk materials, with short base, high cost performance. The entire machine is of large breakout force, small turning radius, high operating efficiency, flexible to operate and is widely used in harbor, building site, aggregate plant, timber yard and etc.
1. It is equipped with the Yuchai turbocharged engine meeting the requirements of China II emission standard, with strong power and high reliability; Weichai DEUTZ Engine is alternative.
2. The cooling system is designed with area-enlarged radiator, optimized inlet and outlet air channels to effectively decrease the temperature of water for engine and the temperature of oil for hydraulic system, which provides the entire machine with high cooling efficiency.
3. Axis-fixed power shift transmission case and single-turbine three-element hydraulic torque converter are used, with compact structure and high reliability and are convenient for maintenance; SDLG reinforced drive axle is configured, with large bearing capacity and high reliability.
4. Load-sensing full hydraulic steering system is used, with light and quick steering and reliable energy saving properties; Mechanically-operated working device hydraulic system is used, with high performance reliability and is easy to operate. It is equipped with hydraulic element of famous brand and high reliability.
5. New steel structure cab is adopted, which ensures wide vision, a larger operation space,good sealing performance; The air conditioner can be installed optionally, which ensures good comfort.
6. Electrical apparatus element is of high-end and mature system of SDLG, which makes it stable and reliable.
7. It adopts front and rear reinforced frames that have passed 200,000 times of fatigue enhancement tests, with strong bearing capacity, reasonable entire-machine load distribution and good stability.
8. Bucket is made of protruding type cutting board. The bottom antifriction plate is thickened, with little cutting resistance, high coefficient of fullness and is reliable and high-efficient.
